When I first met Brice Johnson I was returning to representative football after a 2 year injury. Over the course of the 2 years I attempted to return to football only to be continually stopped by a groin injury.

 

After I was recommended to Brice by Andrew Nealon (Aspire Physiotherapy Centre), I was finally able to slowly transition back into playing football. I started off training with Brice once a week which with progression slowly turned to two. Brice ran an amazing strength/rehab program for me and although he pushed me to my limits he always made it fun, enjoyable and as game related as possible. The drills and equipment used by Brice is of the highest standard and for me, he made returning to football after an extended injury possible which many others couldn’t. After completing around 12 sessions with Brice I was ready to return to a team training scenario which I hadn’t been able to do for the previous 2 years.

 

I highly recommend that you use Brice Johnson as a strength and conditioning coach as he is professional, consistent in his training quality, reliable, educated, and on top of all he is an amazing trainer to be around with a vibrant attitude which creates an amazing training environment. Before Brice, I’d never felt as conditioned, strong and match ready.
