If you’re an athlete who is looking to take your performance to the next level then I strongly recommend that you choose to train with Brice Johnson. I’ve never seen results so fast in my life.

In the 4 years leading up to my first session with Brice I had endured a professional’s nightmare of injuries. All of these requiring operations, with the added minor injuries that came with rehabbing.

These included:

  • Ruptured ACL, partial meniscus tear
  • Meniscus tear
  • Fractured OS Trigonum (broken ankle)
  • Torn Cartilage- Micro fracturing of the cartilage
  • Broken Sesamoid and detachment of tendon

When Brice came in all of that had changed. He insisted that I needed to constantly change up my workouts to keep my muscles guessing while focusing on increasing my functional strength, balance, speed and agility and to help protect me from ongoing injuries and problems. All the programs that he specifically designed for me, not only made my workouts fun and motivating but it prepared me for the grind of a long season.

His session plans begin with a series of preventative exercises, which are designed to prepare you for a session. A combination of strength and stability exercises are prescribed to activate my body’s most vulnerable areas, while improving mobility, balance and joint function were met to decrease the potential for injuries.

All of the gym sessions that were designed for me were sport specific movements. These exercises that were being performed in the gym mimic the movements that I had to execute on the football field. They incorporated a wide variety of plyometric/power based, strength based, stability and balance, and muscular endurance exercises.

Its safe to say that Brice’s knowledge and commitment to identifying the biomechanics of the human body and in relation to myself focusing on my weaknesses has allowed me to take my game to a whole new level. By simply changing my approach to training sessions, bad habits in terms of specific movements I am a fitter, faster and stronger athlete because of it. With minimal injuries to my name in the past 2 years now I have to thank him for everything he has done for me as I thought I was on a path to near destruction.

His holistic approach to exercise, fitness and promoting a healthy eating regime is the knowledge you need to improve your overall well-being as well as something you must not miss out on. He is encouraging without being soft, he constantly motivates you through difficult stages of the sessions and more importantly he ensures correct technique. The benefits have been significant and if you want to be an elite athlete or make beneficial lifestyle changes you would be crazy not to try and train with him.
