Before I saw Brice I had a knee injury that was painful whenever I would play football due to a lack of strength in the muscles around it. During the time I was out I started to do strength training to rebuild the muscle but whilst this happened I lost a lot of fitness and wouldn’t have been able to rejoin my team training/games as I was not fit enough. My physio recommended I saw Brice to increase my cardiovascular fitness and to further strengthen my leg muscles to bring me back to full physical fitness.
When I turned up for my first session I knew Brice had a strong passion for what he was doing. His friendly personality allowed me to be able to easily chat with him and he made me feel comfortable during the time I spent training with him. Along with the good atmosphere Brice strived for excellence and expected me to put in 100% every session to achieve my goal. Whether it was the sprints, single leg squats, an agility run, or passing the football, Brice expected quality and wanted me to push my own boundaries so I could improve and reach full fitness.
After about 5/6 sessions with Brice I was given the all clear to start training with my team again and I can’t thank Brice enough for helping me get to where I am today. Ever since, my knee has been pain free and my body in general feels way better than it used to.
